Ephesians 4:29:

Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.

Just think what would happen if we all put this verse into practice...it would literally change the world. I didn't think I was going to make a New Years resolution but this verse is a beautiful challenge and opportunity to speak life over others.
